Terms and Conditions - HAVEN BOXING

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by HAVEN BOXING. By accessing and using our boxing gym facilities, participating in our classes, or allowing us to take photos and videos of your participation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Membership and Participation
1.1 Eligibility:
To use our boxing gym facilities and participate in our classes, you must be at least 18 years old.
1.2 Registration:
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
1.3 Gym Equipment:
You are responsible for using gym equipment responsibly and as instructed by our trainers. HAVEN BOXING is not liable for any injuries sustained while using our equipment.
2. Class Participation
2.1 Scheduling:
Class schedules and availability may change. We recommend booking your classes in advance. Missed classes will not be refunded.
2.2 Conduct:
You are expected to act respectfully and professionally during class. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. By entering our space you are agreeing to the HAVEN BOXING code of conduct, and any behavior in violation of such will be terms for cancellation fo membership. 2.3 Late Arrival:
Arrival to class after 5 minutes past the scheduled class start time will result in being barred from class for safety reasons. Class credits will be returned to your account for future use
2.4 Cancellation
Cancellation of classes within 12 hours of booking will result in a late cancellation with no refund. Please reach out to hello@havenboxing.com directly to discuss cancellations as needed.
3. Photography and Videography
3.1 Consent:
HAVEN BOXING may take photos and videos of classes, participants, and events for promotional and marketing purposes. By participating in our classes, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display such materials without compensation.
3.2 Opting Out:
If you do not wish to be included in our promotional materials, please inform our staff in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
4. Payments and Fees
4.1 Membership Fees:
Membership fees are to be paid in accordance with the terms specified at the time of registration. Late payments may result in the suspension of services.
4.2 Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by local law.
5. Cancellation and Termination
5.1 Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership by providing written notice to HAVEN BOXING 3 days prior to your autorenew date. Cancellation terms and fees may apply as specified in your membership agreement.
5.2 Termination:
HAVEN BOXING reserves the right to terminate your membership without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.
6. Liability and Release
6.1 Assumption of Risk:
Participation in boxing and related activities carries inherent risks. You acknowledge and assume all such risks.
6.2 Waiver of Liability:
HAVEN BOXING, its trainers, and employees are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained on the premises, during classes, or related activities.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Amendments:
HAVEN BOXING reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes through our website or other means. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
7.2 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York City.
